Want to build a new habit? Tweak your existing routine. The purpose of habit formation is to build a routine, automatic behavior that’s so ingrained in our brain, that it will repeat it unconsciously.

At its basic, habit is a combination of stimulus and response. As more and more, we repeat a specific response against a stimulus. That repetition will wire in a new habit in the brain.

One of the best ways to build a new habit is to associate it with your existing routine. Like most people, while going out will pick up their mobile, wallet, and keys. And if you put your face mask along with these items. You will surely don’t forget to wear the face mask on your way out.
